  • Our north-star metric is ticket sales per customer. We also watch access control as a share of revenue (a growth area, ~12% today) alongside our core locksmithing and safe work.
  • ServiceTitan is the source of truth for jobs and revenue; CallRail attributes phone calls to sources.
